Hey, Did anybody else find it funny that when they did the national anthem at the super bowl that when it says "and for the land of the free" they cut to four apache helicoptors circling the stadium? And then a few seconds later when they said "and the home of the brave" a few seconds later they cut to it again. I also managed to tape something that was on WAY CRAZY early in the morning they did about the security at the super bowl. I missed the first few seconds but I'll go back and watch it and report on that. I think that the county had a choice to: A) Follow local court case law, or B)Uphold the Kentucky Revised Statues. I did say "had a choice" because now-days we don't have a choice of courts ...police judge, magistrate (justice of the peace), county judge (now county judge/exec). The citizens were tricked into voteing to amend the constitution to allow ONLY the "commonwealth" to hear and try cases. This stripped the above named officers of their judicial power save for the passage of county laws and fiscal / budgeting affairs. Other than that the county still has supreme authority over the commonwealth and can just say no to unconstitutional matters. Beware though; If the state or unaware police officer summonses you into court the commonwealth will try you, not the county. The county clerks stamp STATE OF KENTUCKY - COUNTY OF ***** Signifies that the county doesn't allways agree with the "commonwealth" and may overlook laws that they find immoral, unethical or contrary to the constitution. It signifes that the COUNTY is the SUPREME body of government allthough the "commonwealth" has stripped the COUNTY of it's judicial power. The basic system of liberty has been abolished because the people were tricked into voteing to change the constitution.

Take for example again that the COUNTY occupied part of the Rowan Court House Chose NOT subject their visitors to (illegal?) searches BUT it's mandated in the commonwealths part of the courthouse. The COUNTY has the authority to SAY NO, and they did in this instance. I beg of my fellow citizens once again; PLEASE COMPAIGN AND VOTE and remind your Elected County Officials of Election time. The Morehead News paper reported that he was an apparent suicide who had left his home the prior evening in a depressed mood. He was found close to his home but i don't recall reading that anybody heared any shots. Also can't remember any shots fired announcements over scanner. If'n any one left home in a depressed mood with a gun and shot himself just yards away from his mobile home you'd think his family would have heard the shots and called the law. A small price for a starchamber/click or whatever to create attention getting decoys allowing them to complete a sinfull task.
